This entire team of people is so kind, scheduling was smooth and the pickup/delivery was convenient. Unfortunately the rug I had cleaned and repaired -looks- clean, but still smells like pet. They were going to reglue a few areas that popped up from the base and I was told the entire edge of the rug would be checked/repaired. Either the glue didn't stick or they did not do so because it's still coming apart. $200 is a lot to pay for a rug to come back still stinky and unglued. I left it rolled and wrapped the way it was delivered, and in the climate controlled bedroom for almost a week before unrolling it and laying it in the living room, so I assume it wasn't from wearing on it prematurely.

I just had my furniture cleaned. I walked in the room while he was cleaning and there was water all over the floor. I told him to immediately dry the floor because I did not want water sitting on my hardwood floors. I had to go through this 3 times with him before he finished. I shouldn't have had to tell him to dry hardwood floor once and 3 was ridiculous. When he went to leave, I looked and he had a hose draped over my planter destroying my flowers. It appears that he has no respect for others property. The furniture is so wet he said 4 to 8 hours to dry. I discussed this with a manager and he was extremely good to work with. He sent someone out the next day to see what he could do to help furniture dry faster. The manager agreed to give me a refund and was very apologetic. While the cleaner appears to need additional training, the manager definitely understands customer service. I would definitely recommend this business. Most businesses just blow you off if there is a problem, however, this business took appropriate corrective action promptly and my furniture now looks amazing. Thanks Bill Shank.

I contacted green clean to service and clean my microfiber couch. 3 days later it was still wet. I contacted the company they never returned my call. I reached out to the tech (nice guy) he came and tried to fix the issue. He sanitized and dried my couch however it smells like mildew and whatever cleaning agent they use stinks. I'm highly upset that I have to deal with a smelly couch after paying for the service.

I received my vent cleaning service on Aug 4th 2020 after experiencing difficulty breathing and coughing after recent renovations. The cleaning specialist, Sergio or Giorgio (I can't remember his name exactly) was very knowledgeable and professional. However, the service received wasn't exactly as expected. Firstly, the cleaner didn't arrive in a company van as depicted in the photos. It appeared to be an unmarked older mini van. This was no big deal. Just not as expected. Secondly, I may have misunderstood, but I was under the impression that the main vent didn't need to be incised or cut open to clean it but this was done. Again, no big deal. Thirdly, the company mentions several times that the service is mess free, which was not the case. I recently purchased the property after recent renovation so there was a significant amount of dust and debris from the vents and from the machine itself. I was told that the amount overloaded the hepa filter. I felt that the filter should have been changed between both floors. This was a big deal for me. Some of the mess was cleaned up, but there was still cleaning for me to do after the job. Lastly, the service is supposed to include video to view into the vents for a before and after. I specifically requested that I be shown to the cleaning specialist. I was told that he forgot to show me. I'm assuming that he didn't want to or was equipped to do so, which I wasn't happy about because this was a service I was expecting. I wanted the service so I could better understand why I was coughing and having headaches. Sergio did, however, show me certain items/pieces of metal pulled from the vents. My coughing did improve. Though headaches persisted for weeks after. But, are better now after continual cleaning and use of the AC. I've attached photos to show the mess and the items pulled from the vent. I wanted to give this review because I was not totally satisfied with my service and to give potential customers a more accurate depiction of what they may encounter when requesting your service.

Alonso was the best! Very professional! Quick and efficient technician! I was concered about many spots and stains in my carpet. Alonso removed it all with no issue. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!
